341 Meeting Information for Debtors


The The 341 meeting is a legal requirement and hearings are conducted via Zoom. You and your attorney must attend via Zoom, but it is optional for creditors. The Trustee will email a link to the Zoom meeting approximately one (1) week prior to the meeting. If you do not know your meeting date and time, please contact your attorney.

- What to Expect at Your Meeting of Creditors

The Trustee must confirm your identification before she can conclude your 341 Meeting. Your attorney must upload the following via the secure portal at bkdocs.us:
-Copy of valid government issued photo identification (ex: Driver’s license, Passport, or Resident Alien Card)
- Copy of social security card or other document evidencing social security number (documents created by the debtor are not acceptable proof)
-Declaration of Attorney Debtor Re: Authenticity of Debtor Identification Documents (include hyperlink to document)

You must provide the following documents at Least 7 Days Prior to the 341 Meeting:
- Bankruptcy Questionnaire
- Two recent and consecutive post-petition paystubs
- Copies of your two most recently filed personal income tax returns
- If you pay child support or alimony, the name and address of the recipient (not the clearinghouse)

Prior to your hearing, you should register at www.NDC.org and www.TFSbillpay.com.
